Miss Donna LaRose; Artistic Director/Choreographer Member NDEO
A 27 yr veteran of teaching & performing in several disciplines. Her students have gone on to train at the collegiate & professional levels or are now operating their own studios. Donna attends workshops, dance intensives and dance teacher seminars during the year.

Training- The Ballet Studio- Johnna Dail Ballet Mistress, Joyce Hurley, Obrien's School of Ballet & Gymnastics with Rosemary & Donald Obrien, where Kevin MacKenzie Artistic Director of ABT also trained, he would come back to his home studio where he taught Master classes, Diane Warren School of Dance , Nolan Dingman Ballet Master - Summer Intensives, Jason Kalish from Tap Dogs, Ronnie Mahler- Cleveland Ballet Company and Northeast Workshop for Dancers summer Intensives, Daryll and Linda Barnabei Rettor,-Northeast Workshop for Dancers and New Jersey School of Performing Arts.

Miss Donna also works for The Essex Junction School District in grades K-8 per diem. Currently working with the LEAP and SUCCEED programs.
She will occasionally work for different school districts assisting with dance and afterschool programs too.

Assistant Teachers/Choreographers:

Stephanie LaRose Wagar
Has a BA degree in Psychology with an specialty in Sociology and Dance. She works for Essex Junction School District, Is the coach for The Milton Varsity gymnastic team and at FootWorks teaches hip/hop , gymnastics, & assists with the competition/performance team

Stephanie's dance training began at age two with her mothers studio. Along with training several classes a week in both dance and gymnastics, Stephanie attended intensives both in Ballet and gymnastics in the summers and trained with Miss Gayle Lang when she went to college.

Stephanie trained as a competitive gymnast, competing in the junior olympic division. USAG certified. She performed in The Albany Berkshire Ballet 's The Nutcracker, Kids Day, Festival of the Arts, Castleton State College's Spring Dance Performances 2008, 2009, 2010 and was a member of The Castleton State College's Dance Team 2010/2011 season.

Guest Teachers/Choreographer

Kaarin Shipitko
received her early training at the School of the Richmond Ballet. In 2008, she moved to New York to attend New York University and continue training at Steps on Broadway and Peridance Capezio Center. While in New York she began freelancing with a variety of companies and projects. In 2012 she moved to Florida to dance with Florida Dance Theatre, where she enjoyed performing principal roles in new contemporary ballet productions. Her career then took her to Russia to join The Omsk State Musical Theatre Ballet Company. There she had the opportunity to dance in many Russian classics including Swan Lake, Bakhchisarai Fountain, and Ruslan and Ludmilla and to perform divertissements in operas and theater productions. In 2015 she was excited to return to New York to resume freelancing work with ballet companies and finish her degree at New York University. Kaarin has a B.A. from NYUs Gallatin School of Individualized Study with a concentration in Ballet as a Reflection of Culture and the State.

Kayla West Panko
Graduate of UVM with a BS in Nursing and a minor in dance.
Trained in classical ballet at Vermont Ballet School and was a dancer all her life, danced, trained and taught with Electric Youth. She danced 4 years at UVM and also performed with their Ochesis Dance Company. She attended and was a member of The New England Dance festival. She has attended Pulse tours and conventions in NYC. A competitive dancer for 10 + years she performed for Celtic Pre game shows and for Disney Magic Music Days. Currently acting as a project/choreography consultant for Bryce Dance Company.

Kristina Payne
Former student of FootWorks where she competed for many years winning gold and platinum trophies. Winning many special awards and told by judges she could easily be a professional dancer. She was the all around Miss Teen Diva with two 1st runner ups for this crown. She also trained for 6 years as a gymnast. She is now part of the UVM dance team where she trains year round. She assists us with camps, classes and gymnastics as needed.

Meghan Fondakowski-
Assists Miss Donna with all the children's classes on Saturdays. Meghan has danced starting with the Movement Center and now with FootWorks. Meghan attends many many intensives and workshops such as generation IV intensives and ballet intensives along with private lessons, above her normal scheduled classes. She was fortunate to train with Travis Wall from SYTYCD for the last two summers and Teddy Forance from Generation IV. Meghan won double platinum at the Showstopper Competition and was the 2015 2nd runner up Miss Teen Diva at the DIVA competition. She loves helping the children with dance on Saturday mornings.

Zoee Blondin
Assist with the youngest classes, with our beginner gymnastics program and with birthday parties and camps. She is a competitive dancer, a progressive student and is enjoying being en pointe. She takes her dancing very seriously, attends workshops, master classes and loves children.

Davilyn Bourne
Davi has too many achievements to mention them all. She has won many gold and platinum awards at competitions, attends many master classe and workshops. She is great with the 7 to 10 yr old range of student and they love her. Along with assisting in classes on Wednesdays, she helps at recitals and competitions as well. She is a definite asset to our team.Miss Davi has won two Diva 1st place crowns One as a junior and then again this year as a senior.

Guest artist are brought in on occasion to enhance the student's training.
